Refund policy

1. Guarantee/Responsibility

1.1 The warranty only covers products with detectable essential errors or deficiencies due to defective execution or use of materials from RAW Solution ApS.

1.2 applies only if the product is properly stored and properly used in accordance with RAW Solution ApS's specifications.

1.3 RAW Solution ApS is not responsible for deficiencies and errors caused by defective maintenance, incorrect buyer mounting, changes without written consent from RAW Solution ApS, or buyer -executed repairs in a flawed manner.

 

2. Remedy

2.1. RAW Solution ApS obliged and entitled, at your choice, to remedy the defect, make a delivery, provide proportionate price refuse or pay compensation.

2.2. The buyer is not entitled to additional requirements.

2.3. Transport, insurance, travel, assembly and other costs of remedy or delivery are borne by the buyer.

2.4. RAW Solution ApS 'liability is limited to the invoice price for the defective product and does not cover indirect losses such as operating losses, loss of time and loss of advancement.

 

3. Exceptions to the warranty

3.1. Does not cover wear parts from Raw Solution ApS and normal wear and tear.

3.2. Raw Solution ApS is not liable for errors and deficiencies caused by unfit materials provided by the buyer or prescribed by the buyer for the intended purpose.

 

4. Responsibility period

4.1. Ceases 12 months after the sale date.

 

5. Force Majerure

5.1. RAW Solution ApS does not liable for non -fulfillment due to obstacles outside their control.

5.2. Obstacles include war, fire, strike, export or import bans, embargo, delayed or inadequate delivery of materials from subcontractors, production stops, lack of energy or transport options.

5.3. RAW Solution ApS may extend the delivery time or cancel the agreement from obstacles.

5.4. Both parties obliged after obstacle termination unless Raw Solution ApS has raised the agreement. Obstacles over 3 months justify both parties to cancel the agreement.

 

6. Complaints and Investigative Obligation


6.1. The buyer must immediately examine the product upon receipt and within 8 days of advertising any deficiency.

6.2. If the deadlines are not complied with, the buyer loses the right to claim the defect.

6.3. If a deficiency occurs in the warranty period, the buyer must advertise immediately and within 8 days of the defect is or should have been found.

6.4. If the deadlines are not complied with, the buyer loses the right to claim the defect.
