Product liability

1. Raw Solution ApS is only liable for damage to person or thing caused by the product if it is proved that the damage is due to errors or neglect from Raw Solution ApS'Side by that of Raw Solution ApS Delivered product, as well as it is proven that the product is defective, that the damage is due to this defect and that there is a causal relationship between the damage and the defect.
   
   

2. Raw Solution ApS is not responsible for damage to real estate or movable property that occurs while the product is in the buyer's possession, or responsible for damage to products produced by the buyer and in which the product is included, just as Raw Solution ApS is not responsible for operating losses, time loss, loss of profits or other indirect losses.
   
   

3. In the event that Raw Solution ApS being imposed liability that extends beyond the above responsibility, the buyer is obliged to hold Raw Solution ApS indemnity for this. The buyer is obliged to take out product liability insurance extensively any product liability that may be applied against the buyer.
   
   

4. Buyer is obliged to be sued for the same court/arbitration court which addresses the question of Raw Solution ApS'Product liability.
   
   

5. In cases where Raw Solution ApS is held liable in addition to the above -mentioned responsibility, the buyer must hold similarlyRaw Solution ApS indemnity for this. Buyer is obliged to be sued for the same court/arbitration court which addresses the question of Raw Solution ApS'Product liability.
