Shipping policy

  1. Introduction

    1. The webshop (https://www.rawsolution.dk/) is run by Raw Solution ApS, CVR. No. 40321772. The webshop will be referred to as "RS" in the following.

    2. These terms of sale and delivery apply to consumer agreements on the purchase of goods at RS for delivery in Denmark, however not Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly stated in the conditions. 

    3. The conditions for trader's purchase of goods at RS are set out in separate terms of sale and delivery that can be found here.

Delivery time- Denmark:  

Packages are delivered in Denmark within 4-8 business days.


  1. Delivery types

    1. The following delivery types are available for items purchased on Rs: 

  • Delivery to parcel box or post offices

  • Delivery at your address: Delivery against receipt at a self -selected address.

  • Delivery to store: Pick up in one of RS's stores. Note: In order for you to have your goods delivered, you must present passports, driving licenses or health cards, as well as acknowledgment of delivery by signing a delivery form. If you are prevented from picking up your goods yourself, you can get someone else to do it for you. It requires you to sign a one -time power of attorney, which is brought by pickup. 

  • Be transferred at your curb: Delivery against receipt at a self -selected address of larger goods. Items with this type of delivery cannot be picked up in one of RS's stores.

  • Reading by curbs: This type of delivery applies to particularly unmanageable items such as room dividers, wall -hung and ceiling -hung models, You can be unloaded at your curb without having to be home to acknowledge. Reading by curbs is made throughout the country, except for non-bridged islands, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. It is only the driver's decision where the reading is to take place. As a rule, unloading is made at the nearest fixed road, as unloading takes place with pallet trucks and this sinks in if the substrate is soft or is coated with, for example, pearl stones. It is also important that there is plenty of space as we come with large trucks. 

    1. Note that not all types of delivery are available on all items. The possible delivery types appear on the individual item. 

  1. Order Confirmation and Receipt of Receipt of Order

    1. Rs's Advertising of goods is an invitation to make offers, cf. section 9. of the Contract Act, therefore no binding purchase agreement has been entered into before RS has accepted your ordering of goods. This only happens when you receive an order confirmation from Rs.

    2. After you have shipped an order, you will not receive a receipt per. E-mail on Rs has received your order. This first email states what items you have ordered and at what price. This e-mail is not a binding order confirmation. 

    3. If Rs can meet your order, you will then receive a binding order confirmation per. e-mail when the item is shipped from our warehouse or is delivered by our supplier. 

  2. Payment and security

    1. When shopping on Rs, use payment cards. To protect your card information, the payment of an approved and certified payment module provider is handled. This ensures that all information is processed encrypted so that neither RS ​​nor others can access your card information. 

    2. At RS you can use the following forms of payment: MobilePay, Dankort, Visa-Dankort, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Elektron or Transfer Via Netbank/ Deposit Card. Before choosing a debit card, you will be informed if necessary. card fee for the different card types. When you select a card, the entire amount will appear that will be deducted from your account incl. card fee. The payment is raised when we have shipped your goods.

  3. Regret

    1. By trading on RS, with the exceptions specified herein, within a period of 14 days you can cancel your purchase. You are not required to justify why the purchase is undone.

    2. The cancellation period is calculated from the day when you, or one of you stated third parties, but not the carrier, got the item in physical possession.

    3. To regret your purchase, you must notify us your decision on this in an unambiguous statement.

    1. If you choose to write to us by mail in connection with the cancellation of your purchase, we will immediately per. e-mail acknowledges the receipt of the message.

  1. Effects of regret

    1. When exercising the right of withdrawal, your payment will be refunded, however, you are liable for any deterioration of the product caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties, and the way it works.

    2. We reserve the right, after concrete assessment in each case, to reduce the repayment or let the payment completely lapse.

    3. Delivery costs will not be refunded unless there is a complaint for which RS is responsible.  

    4. Refund will be made with the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless another refund form is specifically agreed.

    5. You will not be charged a payment fee in connection with the repayment.

    6. Refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date we received notification of your decision to cancel the purchase.

    7. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided documentation of having returned the item, whichever is earlier. 

    8. When returning on goods where delivery has been made as 'transferred by your curb' or 'unloaded at your curb', you must present a receipt from the haulier that he has picked up the item. You can't just return your item to a parcel box or parcel shop, all items must be returned to Rs' company address that is: ***

  2. Return

    1. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for returning the item.  

    2. You must return the item without undue delay and within 14 days of the date you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is complied with if you return the item before the expiry of the 14 days.

    3. You must incur the direct expenses in connection with the return of the item. If you want to send an item back, make sure it is properly wrapped. Please note that Return labels must not be tricked directly on the item. 

  3. Items exempt from the right of withdrawal

    1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:

  • Foods, beverages or other goods for the household's ongoing use.

  • Items that are manufactured according to your specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.

  • Goods that may be assumed to be deteriorated or outdated quickly.

  • Goods which are not suitable for returning health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Goods which, because of their species, are inextricably mixed with other goods after delivery.

  • Plumbed audio or image recordings or computer software on which you have broken the seal.

  • Newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription agreements for the delivery of such publications.

  1. Complaint

    1. When you shop at Rs, you have 24 months warranty over defects or defects in the item from the time you received the item. You must advertise within a reasonable time after you find the error or defect. A timely, eligible complaint means you can either get the item repaired, get a price discount or get the money back Depending on the specific situation.

    2. The right of complaint lapses if the defect or defect is caused by you, for example as a result of incorrect use or repair.

    4. You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal, which will be mainly relevant if you are a consumer with residence outside Denmark. You will find the complaint portal here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. 

    5. When a product is submitted in connection with complaint, make sure it is properly wrapped so that no further damage to the item will occur. We do not make special requirements for the packaging - simply that it protects the item during transport. 

  2. Data Protection - Person Sewing

    1. To be able to act on Rs, you must state:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

    1. The above data is stored with information about what items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year The information relates, cf. section 10. RS of the Accounting Act, the above information needed to be provided to deliver the item to you, to the supplier to deliver the item. 

    2. Address information is also passed on to the company that is the carrier of the item. Disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with the data protection legislation in force at all times. The name, address, telephone number and in some cases the e-mail address you have provided when ordering is shown in the address label, which is put on the item for delivery.

    3. As a customer, you have the option of insight into our registration of data about you and you can object to a registration under the rules on this in the Personal Data Processing Act. Read more about this in Rs Data Protection Policy here.

  1. Cookies

    1. When you visit RS, you will automatically receive one or more cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your web browser and is recognized by the website on recurring visits. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses. Cookies contain information in the form of text and/or numbers, eg about the contents of your shopping cart or a date which may be necessary to complete your purchases on Rs. Such cookies usually expire after each session, that is, when you close your browser (so -called session cookies). 

    2. Other cookies are set with an expiry time and stored on your hard drive during that period (so -called persistent cookies).

  2. Law selection and venue

    1. Agreements on the purchase of RS are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts. Annex 1
